Refund policy

Purpose

This policy describes the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to tevsys™ software licences. It complements the Terms of use and the Legal notice.

Nature of the product

tevsys is a digital software product (a licence to use a MetaTrader 5 utility). It is not a financial service, does not manage capital on the user’s behalf and does not promise profits. A refund, if granted, relates to the licence fee — not to trading losses or gains.

Try before you pay

We offer a demo (depending on plan and channel) so you can install, set limits and check behaviour in your terminal before renting or buying. We recommend using it. That reduces misunderstandings; it does not replace legal rights where they apply.

Purchase channels

1. MetaQuotes Market

If you acquire tevsys on the MetaQuotes Market, charging, rental, activations and many refund rules are handled by MetaQuotes under its terms and the Seller process. Where the platform governs the purchase, those rules prevail. For Market billing issues, also use MetaQuotes support channels, and write to us if product context is needed.

2. Web / tevsys.io licence

If payment is made through tevsys.io (or another processor we indicate when checkout is active), this policy and contact at info@tevsys.io are the main path for cancellation and refund review, without prejudice to the payment processor’s rules or applicable law.

Cancellations

Under period rental models (e.g. 1 or 3 months on Market, as published on the listing), access covers that period. If there is no auto-renewal, access ends when the period expires unless you purchase a new one.

If a future channel uses auto-renewing subscription, you may cancel future renewals according to that channel’s instructions. Cancelling renewals does not by itself refund amounts already paid for a period that has started or been used.

Refunds

Requests are reviewed case by case, honestly and without automation. We consider, among other things: the reason, purchase channel, whether the licence was delivered/activated, time since payment and whether a demo was available beforehand.

As guidance (not exhaustive):

  • We may consider a refund or credit for a clear duplicate charge, failure to deliver access attributable to us, or a serious software defect that prevents essential use and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
  • In general a refund is not due solely because trading results were not what you hoped, because you changed your mind after using the product, or because you dislike the trading style after having usable access.
  • tevsys does not refund market outcomes, slippage, gaps or losses from trading (see Terms).

Withdrawal rights or other consumer guarantees that law grants, where they apply to the channel and contract type, are not excluded by this page. Their exact scope will be formalized with legal advice.

How to request a review

Write to info@tevsys.io with:

  • Email used for the purchase or request.
  • Channel (Market / web) and, if you have it, order number or reference.
  • A clear reason for the request.

We will reply within a reasonable time. If needed, we may ask for extra details to verify the charge.
