Purpose

This policy describes the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to tevsys software licenses.

Nature of the product

tevsys is a digital software product (license to use). It is not a financial service or delegated management.

Cancellations

For subscription licenses, the user may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents later charges, but does not imply an automatic refund of amounts already paid for periods that have started.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, considering the reason reported, the license activation status and the time elapsed since purchase.

To request a review, write to info@tevsys.io with the purchase email and the reason for the request.
