Privacy policy

This policy describes how we process personal data on the tevsys.io website and related channels (e.g. email). It does not describe processing inside MetaTrader 5 on your own terminal (local product logs), unless you voluntarily send us files or screenshots.

Data controller

Full identifying details of the controller (name or company name, tax ID and address) will be formalized with professional legal advice, in line with the Legal notice.

Data we collect

1. Contact form and requests

When you use the contact form (demo, plans, audit or other enquiries), we collect the data you provide voluntarily: at least a name or identifier, email address and message. If the URL includes context parameters (e.g. plan or flow), those may be associated with your request so we can reply better.

2. Email

If you write to info@tevsys.io, we process the address and message content to handle the conversation.

3. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics on this site for aggregated traffic insights (e.g. page views, approximate visitors, top pages, referrers). It is product/website analytics, not behavioural advertising. We do not sell that data to third parties for advertising.

Site administrators may disable event sending in their browser (internal technical opt-out). That does not change the processing described for other visitors.

4. Hosting technical data

The hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) may automatically log usual connection data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent) in server logs, needed for security, stability and diagnostics. Those logs are managed under the provider’s terms.

5. Embedded third-party content

Some pages may embed videos or other content hosted by third parties (e.g. YouTube). Playing them may involve processing under those platforms’ own policies. Please review them if you use those features.

6. Purchase / licence (when the channel is active)

If you buy or request a licence through a web payment channel (when enabled), the payment processor may process billing data and email under its terms. MetaQuotes Market, if you buy there, processes data under MetaQuotes’ rules; tevsys does not control that processing.

We do not ask for card details on our contact form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact-form and email data to answer enquiries, manage demos or access requests and communicate what is needed about the product. The usual basis is your request (pre-contractual / consent when you send us data) and, where applicable, legitimate interest in handling the commercial relationship.

Aggregated analytics is used to improve the site and understand which content is viewed. The exact legal characterisation of that basis will be formalized with counsel (legitimate interest and/or consent depending on the final design).

We do not use your contact data to sell lists to third parties or for spam unrelated to the product.

Retention

We keep messages and contact data for as long as needed for the purpose (handling the enquiry and reasonable follow-up) or while a product-related interest relationship exists, unless you request erasure sooner or law requires another period. Exact retention periods will be set with legal advice.

Recipients

Providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the service: web hosting (e.g. Vercel), transactional or support email if applicable, and payment processors when web checkout is active. We do not hand your contact list to advertisers.

Rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability (where applicable) by writing to info@tevsys.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD).

Children

The site and product are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Legal review

This policy reflects the current site with operational honesty. It will be expanded and adapted to GDPR / Spanish data-protection law with professional legal advice (full controller details, legal bases, retention periods and, if required, a cookie banner). For any enquiry: info@tevsys.io.
