tevsys™ is a software product developed independently, with no external investors, based in Barcelona (Spain). Contact: info@tevsys.io.

Full identifying details of the rights holder (name or company name, tax ID and legal address) will be formalized with professional legal advice. Until then, this notice and the Terms of use describe the product and the scope of liability with operational honesty.

All technology, design, operating logic, documentation and audiovisual content published on this website is the intellectual property of its creators.

Nature of the service

tevsys.io provides information about tevsys™, a local utility for MetaTrader 5 for risk management and operational discipline: it enforces the limits and rules configured by the user. It is not a broker, does not custody funds, does not issue trading signals and does not constitute financial, investment or trading advice.

Intellectual property

The tevsys™ trade name, its logo, the architecture of the Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5, the product algorithms and layers (including, among others, HyperClose, SML and documented close precision) and all associated technical documentation are protected by intellectual property rights.

Reproduction, distribution or modification in whole or in part without express written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The user is solely responsible for their trading decisions and for configuring their limits. The execution environment (MetaTrader 5, broker, network, VPS or computer) is the user’s responsibility.

Tick-by-tick monitoring only exists while MetaTrader 5 and tevsys are running. Without an active terminal, that monitoring is paused; the agreement state may remain stored and reattach on reload. When a limit is reached, tevsys processes and sends the close order; the final price is determined by the market and the broker (slippage, gaps, latency, liquidity).
