If you load tevsys with positions already open, we do not turn protection on. You enter passive observation: we warn you and we do not intervene. When you close them, we start from zero.

Capital and risk
Risk depends on account capital. If you withdraw or deposit money, the capital has changed — and that is not trading.
That is why protection resets: a pact anchored to a balance that no longer exists makes no sense. You confirm the notice and set and lock limits again on the current balance.

Product honesty
Does tevsys protect me if I shut down the PC or close MetaTrader?
If MetaTrader and tevsys keep running — at home or on a VPS — watch stays on: we evaluate and close at the limit when the market ticks. On a VPS (or any 24h machine with MT5 open) that is almost all the time: you power off the home PC and the layer is still there.
With coverage
MT5 + tevsys running (home or VPS) → active watch while ticks arrive.
Without coverage
No terminal running → a real gap. When you return, same pact % — not a “free” panel.
The gap appears only when there is no terminal running (PC and VPS off, MT5 closed, or tevsys off the chart). No miracle in the dark. When you return, we reattach with the same % from the pact. The broker stop remains theirs in that stretch; we resume watch when we reattach.
